How long does a session last?
Most sessions are around 50 minutes, depending on your goals and schedule.
Do I need to prepare for a session?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, and let your practitioner know if you have any injuries or concerns. Please bring grip socks if you have. If not, we will have purchase
